it is a good idea not to take the tour package. explore on your own preferences. Is August a good month to travel? i want my kids to see the scenery and the famous tarsiers. thanks!

Bohol island hopping is fun, we were there last 2011 and we enjoy watching dolphins and snorkeling in Balicasag Island. We went to virgin island as well. It was really a fantastic experience.

How can we book for island hopping?

As I mentioned above, you can combine this with whale and dolphin watching tour. Here is one of the Whale and Dolphin operators in Bohol. Most of the hotels and resorts in Panglao offer whale and dolphin watching tours and you can ask them for an island hopping. If you have much time to spend, you can organize this tour by yourself in Alona beach, where some tour operators can be found. ---Rodelyn
