Thai Curry with Sea Fruits

|300 grams|| ||Pandan rice
|2 pieces|| || Yellow Capsicum
|2 tablespoons|| || Oil
|320 grams|| || Thai Yellow curry paste
|200 ml|| || Coconut milk
|450 grams|| || French beans (baguio beans)
|500 grams|| || Mix Sea fruits
- Cook the rice. Wash the capsicum and slice into pieces. In a frying pan, heat oil and sauté the capsicum for about 2 minutes.
- Add the Yellow curry paste and the coconut milk and cook in a medium fire for some minutes.
- Add the French beans and sea fruits and simmer for 8 minutes.
