Steamed Eggs with Minced Meat

4 Eggs
115 grams Minced pork
30 grams Minced ham
1 Spring onion, chopped
1 teaspoon Lard
1 teaspoon Soya sauce
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Stock or milk


  1. Beat the eggs up with minced pork, chopped onions and salt. Place them in a deep bowl or in a basin with the lard and half a cup of the stock or milk, and then mix them well.
  2. Place the bowl or basin a in a steamer or a large boiler. Steam for twenty minutes with lid on.
  3. Remove basin from the steamer and then pour the soy sauce over the steamed mixture.
  4. Garnish with minced ham and serve on the table in the basin <
