(4 to 6 servings)
2 cups | grated cassave |
1/2 cup | ubi powder |
1/2 cup | diced cheddar cheese |
1 cup | coconut cream |
2 cups | water |
1 can | condensed milk |
1 can | whole corn (mais) kernels |
2 | slightly beaten egg yolks |
1. Mix the cassava and ubi powder, and shape it into 1/2 inch (1-1/4 cm) balls. Put a piece of cheese inside each ball.
2. Drop the balls in boiling coconut milk.
3. Wait until the cassava balls start to float, and then turn of the heat. Mix the condensed milk, corn and egg yolks.
4. Serve warm.

I have tried the adobong baka its really delicious and its just the way that I want it to be. Anyway, if its possible to asked any reciepe of Cassava summan and Leche plan cake. Thanks and more power to Rodelyn receipe |
