Turkey with Cauliflower

1 Whole cauliflower
1 red Capsicum
400 grams Turkey fillet, slice
3 tablespoons Cooking Butter or Oil
1 jar Indian Curry sauce
2 pieces Naan bread(Indian bread)
1 piece Ripe Mango, peeled and sliced
45 grams Almonds nuts, grated


  1. Wash the cauliflower and separate into florets. Wash the capsicum and slice into blocks. In the pan, heat the butter or oil and fry the turkey fillets for 5 minutes or till it turns golden brown. Add cauliflower and paprika and cook for 3 minutes. Add the curry sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. In the mean time, prepare the naan bread according to the instructions.
  3. In a dry frying pan, fry almonds nuts till turns golden bruin. Put the curry sauce in four large bowls, and garnish with almonds. Serve with naan bread and mango.
