Dutch Cheese Balls

Ingredients
100 gram | | Cream cheese |

100 gram | | Grated cheese |

1 slice | | white bread |
|
3 twigs | | Parsley |
|
1/2 teaspoon | | Paprika powder |
|
1 | | Egg |
|
2tablespoons | | Flour |
|
3 tablespoons | | Breadcrumbs) |

Oil for deep-frying | | |

Preparation
- Mix the cream cheese and grated cheese until becomes smooth. Remove the crust from the slice bread, and cut it into small pieces.
- Wash and chop the parsley. Add the bread, parsley and paprika powder into cheese mix. Beat the egg.
- Roll the balls through the flour, then through the egg, and finally through the breadcrumbs. Leave the cheese balls for a while.
- Heat the frying oil to 180 C and fry the balls for about 3 minutes, until they are golden-brown. Let the fat drip off on kitchen roll.
