I know that for the month of May, there's always a fiesta somewhere in the province of Bohol. It starts May 1 in Tagbilaran City. Can you please complete your list for May fiestas? You've only mentioned about 15 fiestas for May. There should be more than 15! One or even two for each date??? Thanks.

Dear, Sir / Maam This is Mr. Julien Roble Certified Coconut Sugar Making'' Trainor we conduct seminars about Organic Coconut Sugar Making - Package Seminar anywhere in the Philippines '' best OPPORTUNITY '' go natural ways '' ( I would like to conduct Coconut Sugar Making Seminar Package In Central Visayas '' coz i know Bohol Province well known as '' One of Tourist Capital of the Philippines '' through '' help ''LGU of Bohol initiative'' benefited to Farmers and Womens Organization for livelihood program of Bohol Province ) Coconut sugar (also known as coco sugar, coconut palm sugar or coco sap sugar) is a sugar produced from the sap of cut flower buds of the coconut palm. ( Sugar made from tuba ) Coconut sugar comes in crystal or granule form, block or liquid. It is essentially a two-step process. It starts with harvesting or "tapping" the blossoms of a coconut tree. Farmers make a cut on the spadix and the sap starts to flow from the cut. The sap is then collected in bamboo containers. The sap collected is then transferred into giant woks and placed over moderate heat to evaporate the moisture content of the sap. The sap is translucent and is about 80% water. As the water evaporates, it starts to transform into a thick syrup-like substance known as a "toddy". From this form, it is further reduced to crystal, block or soft paste form, or it remains in this form. Essentially, coconut sugar's form depends on the moisture content of the toddy. The Glycemic Index of coconut sugar is 35 and is classified as a low glycemic index food. It is considered to be healthier than refined white sugar(60) and brown sugar(64).It can be used as a 1:1 sugar substitute for coffee, tea, baking, and cooking. No other place celebrates fiesta like my beloved Bohol! Thanks for this opportunity to share my opinion. I am in Texas now for less than a year and I just miss Bohol so much especially the fiestas. We just missed the first fiesta of tagbilaran this year and we feel so sad. Life somewhere else outside Bohol where fiestas are a part of deep-rooted culture, tradition, religion and history is so devoid of the beauty and meaning I am so used to for 30 years of my life on earth. Really fiestas are not only phisically fulfilling hehehe but spiritually too! Keep up the good work! More power!!!

Yes fiesta is just around the corner comes May - the fiesta month. Please add another fiesta date in the town of Loboc on May 24th, this fiesta is more popular than June 29th. In fact, so many Lobocanons will be home this May to celebrate the 400th years of their parish. It's the feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Happy Fiesta and Mabuhay ang mga Lobocanon!
