Dutch Cheese Balls

Ingredients

100 gram Cream cheese
100 gram Grated cheese
1 slice white bread
3 twigs Parsley
1/2 teaspoon Paprika powder
1 Egg
2tablespoons Flour
3 tablespoons Breadcrumbs)
Oil for deep-frying
Kitchen roll

Preparation

  1. Mix the cream cheese and grated cheese until becomes smooth. Remove the crust from the slice bread, and cut it into small pieces.
  2. Wash and chop the parsley. Add the bread, parsley and paprika powder into cheese mix. Beat the egg.
  3. Roll the balls through the flour, then through the egg, and finally through the breadcrumbs. Leave the cheese balls for a while.
  4. Heat the frying oil to 180 C and fry the balls for about 3 minutes, until they are golden-brown. Let the fat drip off on kitchen roll.
