Another variation on Fried Rice that I do is that I use patis, instead of soy sauce. It gives it a more pinoy taste. With patis, your fried rice is a lot whiter but it actually makes the dish much more colorful. Also, instead of scrambling the egg, I used Fried Egg (with cooked yolk) and sliced it. Fried Eggs have more volume than a regular scrambled pork.

yum...yum... though I also have another way cooking fried rice.I am a Boholana in Cagayan de Oro and I love to cook, that sometimes my family waits for me after school to cook dinner for them.Maybe I'll post my well-loved Afritada and Chicken Sotanghon in the future...long live BOHOLANOs!!!
