Thai Curry with Sea Fruits

Ingredients

300 grams Pandan rice
2 pieces Yellow Capsicum
2 tablespoons Oil
320 grams Thai Yellow curry paste
200 ml Coconut milk
450 grams French beans (baguio beans)
500 grams Mix Sea fruits

Preparation

  1. Cook the rice. Wash the capsicum and slice into pieces. In a frying pan, heat oil and sauté the capsicum for about 2 minutes.
  2. Add the Yellow curry paste and the coconut milk and cook in a medium fire for some minutes.
  3. Add the French beans and sea fruits and simmer for 8 minutes.

I've been eating curries but this is quite different. Anyway, any idea where can I get those curry paste ingredients in Tagbilaran.? Is it sold in the market/groceries?

I'm sorry but I don't know where to buy curry in Tagbilaran. I don't know either if that can be obtained in the grocery shops in the city. Maybe you can try to ask some Indians because they really love curry. But I think, you can surely buy it somewhere in Cebu.--Lyn
